Telephone

You are supplied with 2 telephones, and one telephone number. Any extra telephone numbers are charged extra. Telephone charges are approximately the same as Eircom rates. The System is a modern Panasonic with the following possibilities available:

• Take a call direct in your office
• Have the call answered by reception in your company name, whilst out of office.
• Have the call transferred to your mobile if you are out of office.
• Direct the call to your voicemail.
• The normal call holding, transfer between extensions, etc. within the office is possible.

Internet

There is an uncontested dedicated leased line to Denshaw House providing 3Mb transmit and receive. This is routed via wall socket or WiFi throughout the building. There is also a backup internet connection in the unlikely event of failure. Fixed IP addresses are available, as is a computer network setup service.
